These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the GrabGoContent website and subscription service, operated by FRST Media Europe B.V. (KvK 80008798), Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam, Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using GrabGoContent, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
GrabGoContent is a digital lifestyle and entertainment subscription service that provides access to curated content including video streams, music, sports highlights, casual games, lifestyle tips, and trending digital content. The service is made available through a mobile carrier-billed subscription model and is intended for users in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility
To use GrabGoContent you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and be a current subscriber of a compatible UAE mobile carrier. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are authorised to incur charges on the mobile account used to subscribe.
3. Subscription and Pricing
GrabGoContent operates on a daily subscription basis:
- Subscription price: AED 3.15 per day.
- Billing method: Charges are applied directly to your mobile carrier account. No credit card is required.
- Free trial: Where a free trial period is offered, it will be clearly stated at the point of subscription. After the trial ends, the standard daily rate of AED 3.15 applies automatically unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically on a daily basis. The AED 3.15 charge is applied each day your subscription remains active.
- Billing currency: All charges are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and appear on your mobile carrier statement.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your GrabGoContent subscription at any time:
- Send an SMS with the keyword STOP to shortcode 1234 (or the shortcode stated in your subscription confirmation message).
- Contact your mobile carrier directly and request cancellation of the GrabGoContent subscription.
- Email us at info@grabgocontent.com with your mobile number and cancellation request — we will process it within two business days.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing day. No partial-day refunds are issued. You retain access to the service until the end of the day for which you have been charged.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available through GrabGoContent — including but not limited to videos, audio, games, and written material — is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in the content and the GrabGoContent platform remain with FRST Media Europe B.V. or its licensors.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GrabGoContent to:
- Access the service using automated tools, bots, or scrapers.
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls or technical protection measures.
- Share your subscription access with other individuals.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm, disrupt, or overburden the service.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain continuous availability of GrabGoContent but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Content Changes
The GrabGoContent catalogue changes over time. Titles may be added, modified, or removed without advance notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific piece of content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you in connection with GrabGoContent shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of GrabGoContent is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your personal data. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g. via the service or by email). Continued use of GrabGoContent after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should cancel your subscription.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the GrabGoContent service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
